1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. DIGITAL WORKBOOK ARCHITECTURE
The Digital Workbook operates entirely within your browser. All data is stored in localStorage on your device. No data is transmitted to or stored on company servers. Clearing your browser or changing devices may result in permanent data loss.
3. MEMBER ACCESS AND AUTHORIZED USE
Accounts are individual and non-transferable. The Platform is not therapy, counseling, legal, or financial advice. All decisions are your responsibility.
4. AI INTUITIVE LAYER
The AI Guide is activated by user toggle. When ON, current step data is transmitted to Anthropic (https://www.anthropic.com/privacy). When OFF, no data is transmitted.
If reactivated, the AI Guide will request explicit consent before accessing content written while it was off.
The AI Guide is prohibited from providing advice, making decisions, diagnosing, or accessing content without consent. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not professional advice.
5. FRAMEWORK EMAIL SYSTEM
Emails are routed via Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). The Platform does not read, store, or monitor emails. Users are solely responsible for all communications.
6. SUBSCRIBER DESIGNATIONS
Founding Beta Members receive a one-month free trial starting on official launch, along with early access benefits. Standard Members are subject to standard terms.
7. PLATFORM MODIFICATIONS
The Marriage Mates™ may modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform at any time.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, framework, and materials are owned by J.T. Morgan and The Marriage Mates LLC. No copying or derivative use is permitted.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Platform is used at your own risk. The Marriage Mates LLC is not liable for decisions, interactions, or AI outputs.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by New Jersey law. Disputes are resolved via arbitration in Newark, NJ. Class actions are waived.
