Digital Products

All digital products, including digital books, digital workbooks, bundles, and app access, are delivered electronically and are non refundable. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital content, all digital sales are final. 

Refunds may be issued only in the following limited circumstances: duplicate charges, proven fraudulent transactions, or verified technical delivery failures that cannot be resolved. Refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of The Marriage Mates LLC.

Physical Products

Physical books may be eligible for return within the timeframe specified at purchase, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Shipping costs may be non refundable unless required by applicable law.

Pre Orders

Pre order purchases secure access to upcoming products or bundled services. Digital portions of pre order bundles are non refundable once access is granted. Physical items included in pre order bundles follow the Physical Products return terms above.
